Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging intact. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@mrmade.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to confirm availability before initiating an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
